* Incorrect products: Products shipped to are different in sizes,
colors and styles from what you ordered.
* Damaged or Defective item.
* Not same with picture(picture with "cJ").
Deadline for Return: International buyers please return within 14 days from the time we shipped. Local buyers please return within 8 days from the time we shipped. Overdue returns will not be processed. Buyers with the above problems can either request for an exchange for other products /other products of the same value(if initial buy product out of stock).
Not applicable for product returns/exchange:
We DO NOT accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not good looking, not up to my expectation,changing mind etc.
- Customer send wrong item code when order.
- For buyers who request for a refund:
- Refund will only be available through Online banking transfer services(Maybank).
For buyers who request for exchange:
The replaced products can be combined and shipped together with your next order/shipment and there will be no administration fees charged and no extra shipping cost if within the base weight. This is to compensate for the inconvenience caused to the returns and replacements.
Points to take note for refund/replacement of goods:
* Customers are responsible for the all the shipping cost.
* Goods returned must be in the original condition as ship to you
(Transparent Plastic bag/Inner Shopping Bag(If have) and Tag must
all in good condition as ship to you).
* Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible
for replacements, returns or exchanges.

To return any items for refund or exchange, please send them via regular air mail or registered air mail (International Buyer) or by parcel (Local Buyer).
Send back item if lost in transmission, we will not bear on it.
